Please note that this Registration form is for Ontario based researchers from eligible Ontario organizations who are interested in submitting a full application to apply for access to the OHDP to respond to COVID-19. The Ministry of Health is currently receiving applications from public-sector researchers with affiliations to Ontario universities, colleges, hospital research institutes or other public research institutes. If you have general questions about the OHDP please email info@ohdp.ca.
